Troubleshooting
Check whether the photo paper is damp and whether the storage environment meets the requirements. Photo paper should be used up as soon as possible after being unpacked and stored away from direct sunlight.
1. Check whether there is any external force causing deformation.
2. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the gap between the carton cover and the machine, causing the switch to fail.
3. Check whether the switch is abnormal due to improper installation of photo paper, or the paper tray cover cannot be closed due to too much photo paper.
1. Turn the machine on and off to automatically clear the jammed photo paper in the machine. If it fails once, you can try multiple times, or manually remove it from the back slot. Do not forcefully tear the photo paper, otherwise it may cause unrecoverable machine failure.
2. If it still cannot recover after turning on and off the machine several times, please select the side with more leaked photo paper and pull it out gently.
3. If paper jams/no paper pickup occur multiple times, it may be that the temperature and humidity of the environment are too high or the photo paper is improperly stored, causing the photo paper to deform. You'll need to print in a suitable work environment, or switch to regular photo paper.
4. Check whether there is any foreign matter inside the movement.
The printer shut down unexpectedly during printing. You can try charging and restarting the printer. The printer will return to normal operation on its own. Do not use force to remove the paper, otherwise the machine may be damaged.
1. First confirm the source of the noise, whether it is generated during printing or during the cutting process.
During the printing process: If there is noise and the function is not affected, it is most likely caused by foreign matter entering the gears of the movement, causing the sound of teeth grinding. After-sales inspection is required.
During the cutting process: Confirm the sound pattern, check whether there is a paper jam, and then see if it is a friction sound or a regular sound. If friction occurs, it is most likely caused by the movement of the X-axis; if it occurs regularly, there is probably a problem with the gearbox and requires after-sales inspection.
2. Check whether the printer has been accidentally dropped and any parts have been displaced.
2. Check whether there is any foreign matter entering the printer.
3. After-sales service, check whether the printer is faulty.
1. Make sure the photo paper you are using is original photo paper.
2. Check whether the photo paper is installed correctly, backwards, or incorrectly installed.
3. Check whether there are more than 18 sheets of photo paper.
4. Check whether the photo paper is deformed.
5. Remove the photo paper and reload it to see if the photo paper can print normally.
6. After-sales service, check whether the printer is faulty.
1. Check whether the paper box cover is fully open (push the paper box cover firmly, and when you hear a "click", the paper box cover is fully open).
2. Check whether there is too much photo paper. Normal capacity is up to 18 photo sheets.
3. Check whether there are foreign objects in the photo paper slot, which may cause difficulty in feeding photo paper, difficulty in feeding paper if the photo paper slot is deformed, difficulty in feeding paper in deformed photo paper, difficulty in feeding compatible consumables, etc. Please use official consumables.
1. Check whether the printer is turned off, restart it and try again.
2. Check whether the printer network is connected normally and try to restart the network.
3. Check whether the camera app version is too old and try after updating.
4. Is the printer in an abnormal state? Please handle the exception and try again.
1. You need to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
2. Check whether the printer power button press feedback is normal and whether there is any foreign matter.
3. Check whether the power cord is powered on normally.
4. After-sales service, check whether the printer is faulty.
If there is an abnormal power outage during the printing process, the printer will eject the paper by itself after powering on again and resume normal operation. Do not forcefully remove the paper, otherwise the machine will be damaged. If an abnormal power outage occurs during the upgrade process, the printer can resume normal operation after powering on again. You only need to re-upgrade the firmware version. In other abnormal conditions, normal use can be restored by turning the machine on and off again. (Please make sure the cutter head is installed in place. The machine cannot perform automatic reset or self-test procedures if the cassette is not installed)
Check whether there is any foreign matter in the gap of the carton door that blocks the door opening path, and whether the carton door is deformed due to external force, making it difficult to open and close.
Check whether the photo paper is installed correctly, whether it is installed upside down or not installed properly. More than 18 sheets of paper will cause paper pickup failure. Photo paper can hold up to 18 sheets. If paper pickup fails, you can put in a few less papers to test whether the paper can be picked up normally. Secondly, check whether the paper is stuck together due to adhesive spillage or static electricity. In addition, you can try to reinstall the input box or pad the input box.
Continuous printing of the printer will cause the machine to heat up. Overheating will cause the printer to malfunction. The photo paper will stay in the heat dissipation process. Do not touch the photo paper with your hands during the stay to avoid affecting the print quality. After printing is completed, it is best to stop the printer and let it cool down naturally for a few minutes before printing.
This situation may occur because the user's hand touches the paper cut line when picking up and placing paper, causing the chemical substances on the surface of the paper to be destroyed and printing is affected. It does not affect printing on other photo papers.
If your printed photo is very light and blurry, the paper may be placed upside down, preventing coloring. Make sure you put the photo paper glossy side up into the paper tray, and choose photos that are clear and of reasonable resolution to print.
This product prints borderless by default. To ensure that the final photo is beautiful and not white, the photo is scaled proportionally by default and will not be printed if it exceeds the paper size. If you need to print the entire image, crop it to adjust the photo's proportions to match the paper's proportions.
It may be that the printing environment is dusty and dust is attached to the photo paper or ink cartridges. Dust can affect the quality of your photo output and the life of your printer.
When the printer is powered on normally and displays, please follow the steps below: 1. Whether the printer is in an error state: When an error occurs in the printer, the tasks in the print queue will be suspended until the error is cleared. 2. If the printer prompts that the printer has run out of times or needs to replace consumables, please follow the prompts until the abnormality is cleared.
If an error occurs, please continue processing according to the machine screen prompts.
After restarting the machine, the cutter will automatically lift up and actively remove the stuck photos or stickers in the machine. If unsuccessful, you can try a few more times. Do not forcefully tear the photos or stickers, otherwise it will cause unrecoverable machine failure.
If restarting does not solve the problem, you can open the paper pickup slot on the back of the machine and remove the paper.
Keep the material code approximately 30–50 cm from the camera when scanning.
Print codes and cut codes are determined by the business type selected in the app:
• Front screen protector film and pre-printed film use cutting only and consume cut codes.
• Classic Photos, phone back-film stickers, DIY stickers, ID photos, and QR code printing use printing and consume print codes.
New business types will consume the code that corresponds to their function. Check official announcements for updates.

Printable sticker paper: Adhesive-backed print media used to print and cut photos, ID photos, DIY stickers, and phone back-film stickers.
The app automatically applies dedicated blade-force settings for each material type. For the best printing and cutting results, use official consumables. Third-party materials have not been compatibility-tested, so finished results cannot be guaranteed.
Please try to restart the machine. If it cannot be restored after restarting the machine, you need to check after-sales service to see if the printer is faulty.
Open the paper tray cover and check whether printing paper is installed.
Check that the photo paper is installed correctly and in the photo paper slot. In addition, due to improper storage, the paper is deformed or multiple photo papers enter the paper outlet, causing the photo paper to fail to enter the paper input port. Photo paper needs to be removed. (Be careful not to touch the glossy side of the photo paper) Flatten it and continue using it. If the photo paper gets wet, it may affect the print quality, causing paper jams and incomplete printing.
The storage environment of photo paper is 20℃~25℃ and the relative humidity is 40%-60%. The optimal printing temperature of the printer is 20℃~25℃ and the relative humidity is 40%-60%. If the storage or use does not meet the conditions, the print quality may be affected, causing paper jams, paper picking errors, incomplete printed photos, etc. Photo paper should be used up as soon as possible after being unpacked and stored away from direct sunlight.
Check the surface of the photo paper for dust. Or try another pack of photo paper. Photo paper should be used up as soon as possible after being unpacked and stored away from direct sunlight.
